Phone, Text, WhatsApp, and Email

When you provide contact information and consent to contact, Floridian may respond by the method you selected or by another reasonable method related to your request. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask the team to stop nonessential communications at any time.

Files and Property Information

Only upload files that are relevant to the requested service and that you are authorized to share. Files submitted through the quote form may be stored in a restricted Google Drive folder controlled by Floridian, with related request information recorded in Google Sheets. These folders are not intentionally made public. Do not submit lockbox codes, permanent access codes, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the public form.

Service Providers

The website may rely on hosting, email, messaging, security, and analytics providers. Quote requests may be processed with Google Apps Script, recorded in Google Sheets, and have uploaded files stored in Google Drive. Notification emails may be delivered to Floridian through its business email provider. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services and according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Data Retention and Security

Floridian may retain inquiry and service records for as long as reasonably necessary for customer communication, business administration, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact Floridian to ask about the personal information associated with your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable and subject to required business or legal records.
